Charity Auction event for the CYSTIC FIBROSIS TRUST in 2018 is now booked.
This is going to be my third charity event an auction that is going to be held at the Greenman pub in Ringmer
on evening of the 25th May.

Well my new Brooks trainers preformed excellent on first training run since Christmas binge.
lt was what was in the trainers that didn’t feel so great.
So this 51 year old over weight unfit f–ker has got a BIT of work to do IN 2018 but NO PAIN NO GAIN.
Well Christmas is done for another year.
It is time to get serious as I have got a few things to really focus on .
The first being the Bath Half marathon in March closely followed by the London marathon in April.
So it’s back to pounding the Tarmac around Ringmer in aid of 2 very needy charities.
