ALL GETTING VERY REAL

I have now got a fair amount of my kit list sorted and training has got a lot more serious , I do a lot of my training in the early hours of the morning before a work with the help of my work colleagues meeting me at various places on my route .
I now have 3 weekends away at different places in the uk as part of my training regimen.
The first of which is a 4 day break in the lake district in early July  with my son James .
The weekend after that I will be meeting up in Eastbourne with some of the other amazing people that doing Everest Base camp with .
We are aiming to do some trekking over the downs then in August  I have long weekend trekking in Snowdonia with the Discover Adventure the company that are organising EBC.
My is kit gradually coming together but still have a far bit to get.
I must say that the guys at THE OUTDOOR SHOP LEWES continue to be such an amazing source of advice and support plus great kit .
